What to include
- Your details and the work you own or are authorised to represent.
- The URL of the material on designcourse.in.
- A description of the alleged infringement.
- A good-faith statement, and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
What we do
We review the notice, remove the material where the claim has merit, and allow a counter-notice. We have no general duty to monitor. This follows the Indian Copyright Act and a DMCA-style process.
